Pirca

Pirca is the Quechua word for dry stone wall — the ancient technique of building without mortar, relying only on the weight and exact fit of each piece. The lamp carries that name because it shares that philosophy.

Its form is robust and direct. Volumes that hold themselves up through what they are, with no ornament to justify them. It is the most earthy piece in the collection, the closest to the material in its most honest state.
